Learn how to breathe properly while toning the body with mindful YOGA FLOWS, TAI CHI and PILATES to uplifting music with breathing cues.
Join NirvanaFitness Ambassador, Nicole MacDonald for this 60 minute class that will leave you energized for the rest of the day.
Investment: $10 per class and must be paid at least one hour prior to the start of the class.
Payment Instructions: Let us know your interest in attending by selecting “Going” to this Facebook event page and pay via e-transfer or PayPal to email using [email protected] If you choose to use a password, use Breathe. A private Facebook message will later be sent to you with the Zoom code and password a half hour prior to the class. Only paid customers will be granted entry.
Just like entering a physical studio, please arrive a few minutes prior to the class start time to guarantee entry to the class.
