I’m coming at you with an extra soothing, extra sleepy edition of Yoga Nidra.
The practice is simple… you’ll lie comfortably in your bed, cozied in, soft music wafting and lights dimmed. I’ll guide you through the ultimate relaxation experience via Skype.
Yoga Nidra works by progressively relaxing the whole Self by using a koshic method. Yogis believe the individual has five “bodies” or koshas: the physical body, mental body, intellectual body, emotional body, and bliss body.
I’ll use a five-step method and my tone of voice to lull you deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation, or Theta brain waves. You’ll log off feeling rested and calm… Pinky promise!
