Sitting Disease Online Workshop

April 15, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

“SITTING DISEASE” is defined as “the negative impact that being immobile for extended periods is having on the health of society at large”. Most of us know that. But what most of us do NOT know is that even if you workout every day for an hour and you sit the rest of the time, that “working out” won’t reverse the effects of the sitting as much as you might think (or hope) it does. Scary, right? It is.

Also, if you spend most of your time sitting, you need to understand that it’s making you less productive, more prone to injury, and more likely to take time off due to persistent medical conditions. Ugh!

Don’t worry. We are here to help.

Join Human 2.0 owner, orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, and “movement is medicine” advocate Dr. Chris Raynor for this very important workshop:
SITTING DISEASE: Why You MUST Change The Way You Work

Who: Dr. Chris and you (and a bunch of other people hopefully – pass it on!)
What: a 2 hour virtual session on Zoom with both a lecture and an active portion – yes, you will be learning strategies and exercises you can use and do throughout the day!
When: Wednesday, April 15 from 7 to 9 p.m. 2020
Where: Dr. Chris will be broadcasting live from his Human 2.0 facility and you’ll be at home in your living room or kitchen or wherever
Why: Because you need to hear this information and implement a plan so you can be healthier, period. Did we mention, this information is VERY important?
How: Just donate what you can, and we’ll see you there!

In order to make this workshop as accessible as possible to EVERYONE, we’ve made this a “pay what you can” event. So there are NO EXCUSES!

Give $1, $5, $10, $25 – money goes to creating more online content like this to help you and everyone else live healthier lives.
