Have you ever thought about making homemade kombucha? Well, this is THE workshop as kombucha wiz Heather Jackson provides the basic building blocks to kombucha-making. What’s a Scoby? Why is this a gift for our gut? Participants will walk away with a new skill set and an immediate desire to start bottling.
