Community Class: Mindfulness Matters

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until July 27, 2020
Join Haley Wall online for a grounded flow series with an emphasis on mindfulness. Each week we will incorporate a new aspect into our flow with the goal of leaving participants relaxed, at ease and with a mini practice to try and integrate throughout the week.
Haley has been teaching full-time for 4 years and practicing for 7. From the first class she took at her home studio in Toronto, she was in love with this form of movement, and even more so with the way it made her feel.
Since that time I have done over 600h of training including a trauma sensitive yoga course. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity this community has afforded me, and look forward to sharing my wealth of knowledge and experience with anyone looking to learn.

Community classes are one of the main ways that our organization is able to raise the funding needed to carry out our mission of making yoga more inclusive and accessible for all. We offer a sliding scale payment, please pay what you can.
