Blue & Gold Soiree

Experience the fun of an evening based on a salt-free gourmet challenge created by the Culinary Students of Algonquin College’s School of Hospitality and Tourism! Their talented execution and exceptionally flavoured dishes without the use of salt will win you over!  You as a guest, by voting for your favourite menu item, will decide the Winner of the People’s Choice Award. Well-known Ottawa chefs and culinary experts will also judge the challenge. Previous judges include Executive Chefs from the Governor Generals, the House of Commons, Gold Plate multi-winners such as Chef Marc Lepine, and Chef Trish Donaldson.
