Week at a Glance: Ottawa Events October 30th – November 5th

As November starts up this week, you’re going to find less and less outdoor events. This week is a great mix of events including lots of hockey games, two galas, and a great mix of concerts and theatre. My pick of the week is a different one this time. There’s a theatrical production of “If the Walls Could Talk” that is performing in Osgoode. That looks like a great show and I’m definitely looking forward to attending opening night. If you check out there website, you might just see a familiar corporate sponsor. ? This is the last week of Miwate, with the final show on Saturday. I highly suggest you get out and see it before it’s gone! Also, just to note that for Halloween, I have a separate post listing all the events going on so please check it out here. Finally, there is a UFC fight featuring the return of GSP to the ring. I will be putting together a post of all locations that will be showing the fight. Look for that Tuesday or Wednesday!

If you’re hosting an event in the future, I now offer advertising on my site…please check out the “Promote your Event” link on the main menu for details. Also, now started, you’ll find a new feature on the website highlighting the hidden gems of Ottawa called “Hidden Ottawa”. It’s going to be populated slowly over time, with a new addition each week.

The following information is a brief summary only, and you can get full details by clicking the event link taking you to the full event calendar. The event calendar will likely get updated as the week progresses so stay up to date there.
