After a full year of development and growth of Covert Ottawa Guy, I’m preparing to make some great changes to the web-site and work on some strategic partnerships and arrangements for the content of the site. Thanks entirely to my followers, these changes are necessary to meet the increased demand for event promotion as well as continuously increasing followers. My appreciation for your continued support can not be overstated!!
My first announcement for change is that I’ve been honoured to come to an agreement with Ottawa’s Premier Magazine, Faces Magazine, to be a contributor of event reviews to be featured in their entertainment section of their online publication! This is an amazing opportunity and I’m really excited and inspired to continue to provide quality reviews for events throughout our great city.
Faces Magazine is Ottawa’s premier bi-monthly publication that showcases the people, places and events that make Ottawa such a world-class city. Faces is primarily a lifestyle magazine with content focused on fashion, health, fitness, style and sports/entertainment and is proud to be 100% Ottawa owned and operated since 2010. Each issue is complimentary – and features local events, photos from around the city as well as a variety of fashion, health and fitness articles. In addition, they have conducted several high-profile interviews with artists such as Michael Bublé, Garth Brooks, Sarah McLachlan, Ozzy Osbourne, Nickelback, Ed Sheeran, Steve Aoki and Avril Lavigne. They have also interviewed actors such as Ryan Gosling, Ben Affleck and Amy Adams – as well as athletes such as Brooke Henderson, Eugenie Bouchard, Milos Raonic, Bobby Ryan, Marc Methot, Corey Perry, Mark Messier, Dennis Rodman and Terrell Owens.
This is a great first step for the future of Covert Ottawa Guy, and I encourage everyone to share this information with all your contacts in order to grow and improve this service. Thank you very much for your continued support, I look forward to taking on the challenges of the future, as what started as a glorified hobby has become a key source of information in the Ottawa entertainment industry.
